Our firm regularly advises our clients on employment issues and handles and resolves disputes in various proceedings such as labor trials, lawsuits, and labor relations committee hearings. We also have extensive experience representing the employer in disputes regarding actions taken against an employee, including the investigation of any employee misconduct, disciplinary measures, and declaratory judgment actions for confirming an individual’s employment status.

We also advise our clients on issues regarding the drafting, application, and revision of their work rules and other internal rules and the consequences and handling of employment relationships as a result of an organizational restructuring.

We also have a deep knowledge of the labor issues that arise in connection with M&A and other corporate restructuring (e.g., the succession and various procedures of employment contracts and unpaid overtime owed by the target company) and handle many matters of this kind.
