Yifan Chen, Partner and Head of Labor Law Practice. He has extensive experience and outstanding performance in labor law area, his legal experiences include handling reorganization or winding up of tens of companies, providing complete employees placement plans, conducting risk predictions and detailed implementation. He has dealt with a great number of labor disputes and crises (including striking) for foreign invested company promptly and effectively. In the area of compliance, he provides total legal services including system design and document preparation. He has gained multifaceted compliance experience by realizing the establishment of systems, risk assessment, training implementation, practical response, and dispute resolution for several foreign companies.
