Daiki Yamashita had been seconded to an international joint venture between Japanese and German corporations, and engaged in the legal support of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) business for photovoltaic and other renewable energy power plants. During his secondment, he handled the legal negotiation of a photovoltaic energy power plant project from the beginning of construction of its plant to its completion. Leveraging this experience in the joint venture, he is focusing on the renewable energy field, particularly the photovoltaic generation case. In addition, he is expanding his experience in the EPC business horizontally and handling all kinds of construction and subcontracting related works both in domestic and international cases.
Since he represented financial institutions and real estate entities before his secondment, he also has extensive experience in such fields. His practice in such an area is not limited to transactional works but also dispute resolutions, including litigation.
