Attorney at LawShinya NISHIKAWA
Shinya Nishikawa’s main practice areas are Dispute Resolution, Labor and Employment, Real estate Transactions and Cross-border and International Transactions. He has an experience seconded to a foreign capital manufacturer for one and a half years, and worked with the management team as the only person of legal department in the company. During the seconded period, he experienced a wide variety of legal issues such as operating shareholders meeting and board of directors, building a compliance system, and transactions with foreign subsidiaries and suppliers. Leveraging such an experience, he provides practical legal advice and services based on the business scene.
