Yasuhiro Kitagawa is active in litigation & dispute resolution and collection of claim. He flings himself into legal consultation which his clients (financial institution and other type of companies or individuals) bring to him. When he was seconded to Kanto Local Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, he was engaged in inspection of securities companies, investment managers, etc., and examination of transactions with suspected market manipulation, insider trading or fraudulent means. So, he also provides advice about FIEA and related regulations.
