Takahiro Suzuki possessed comprehensive experience in the area of practice in both transactional work and litigation. He has extensive experience in advising various clients for matters involving real estates, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance and other general commercial matters. Based upon the valuable working experience gained from a reputable law firm in Hong Kong, he has been advising multi-national companies in respect of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and PRC/Hong Kong- related cross border transactions. Apart from the above area of practice, he also possesses extensive experience and knowledge in defending against criminal charges in Japan.
