Attorney at LawDaiki YAMASHITA
Daiki Yamashita was seconded to an international joint venture between Japanese and German corporations, where he provided legal support for EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects related to renewable energy power plants. During his secondment, heled legal negotiations of photovoltaic power plant projects, from the commencement of construction through to project completion. In addition, he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Energy and Clean Technology Law from UC Berkeley. Leveraging these experiences, he is currently focused on the renewable energy sector.
Prior to his secondment, he represented financial institutions and real estate companies, gaining extensive experience in those areas as well.
While working at a law firm in California, he handled litigation in the United States, cross-border transactions, and other international legal matters. This background enables him to deliver legal services with a strong understanding of cross-border complexities.
