Honglinang Yin is very active in the M&A field. In addition to foreign investments in China, he has also assisted Chinese companies in their mergers and acquisitions in Japan. Prior to joining Broad & Bright, he worked in the law department of Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. headquarters for 7 years. He received his LLB from Jilin University and LLM from Hitotsubashi University.
